(2) The polishing zinc alloy die-casting mold needs to be supplemented. Where there is sticky aluminum and carbon deposits, it is polished to minimize the wear and tear on the mold caused by polishing.
(3) Lubrication and anti-rust treatment should be performed on all moving parts of the mold, joint parts, screws, etc.
(4) Die-casting mold management personnel shall supervise the maintenance status at any time, pay attention to other management details, and make maintenance and repair records for inquiries.
(5) The storage of molds should be consistent with accounts, drawings, files, etc. The molds cannot be disassembled and stored to avoid the loss of parts. Zinc alloy die-casting molds that have not been used for a long time should be regularly treated for rust prevention. The new mold should be treated with stress relief as much as possible within the specified period to prolong its service life.
